If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, ask for a refund within 30 days and we will refund the full amount.

How to request a refund

Email support@shilohpeace.com from the address used at checkout.
Include your name and, if possible, the date of purchase.

We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Disputes

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us first — we will help right away. Charges appear under the product name. We respond to every payment dispute with the purchase records.

Cancellation

Our products are one-time purchases and do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
